COOLIDGE
With a population of over 12,000, Coolidge is a city poised for explosive growth.  In fact, over the past 8 years, Coolidge’s population has grown by 58%, a significant increase over prior periods.

Coolidge has many conveniences to offer, such as grocery, pharmacy, a mix of locally owned and national chain restaurants, as well as service offerings such as: medical, real estate, insurance and legal.  These options help to increase the standard of living for residents and businesses alike.

Coolidge is home to Central Arizona College’s main campus at Signal Peak.  Central Arizona College is a county wide Community College district that offers many programs that help increase the capability of the workforce.

Strategically located along Highway 87, a planned major corridor, and approximately 16 miles from Interstate 10, access to transportation is not an issue.  In addition to close proximity to transportation corridors, Coolidge runs along the Union Pacific Phoenix rail spur.  Coolidge is well prepared and able to handle any industrial need.

Coolidge also maintains its own airport.  The airport is a former Air Force base that was turned over to the community of Coolidge.  With its secluded location, 500 acres of available land surrounding the airport, and its two runways, Coolidge makes an ideal location for aviation related business.
