Housing in the central Arizona region is more affordable than similar homes in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. With over 81,154 housing units at an average density of 15/sq mi, Pinal County has the ability to facilitate
more growth. In the central Arizona region communities of Casa Grande, Coolidge, Eloy and Maricopa have numerous new housing developments. These homes offer comfort and amenities that rival larger communities in their scope and offerings. Examples of new housing development in Casa Grande are Villago, Meritage Homes and Ghost Ranch. In Eloy, the newest housing development is Robson Ranch. In Coolidge, the newest housing development is Pulte Homes.

- Many new single family home developments are currently being built with pricing starting from the $100’s, as well as new custom homes starting from the $300’s. A huge range of pre-owned homes from as low as $100,000 to over $1,000,000 are available.
- Over 20 apartment complexes exist between the three communities, many built within the last ten years. Most complexes offer short-term leases as well as six-month or yearly. Furnished units are available in the area. Average cost to rent a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is $600 per month.
